Thank you for shopping with Savais. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for information on how we ship within New Zealand, to Australia, and WorldWide.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

New Zealand (Domestic Shipping): 2–5 business days

Carrier: NZ Post or CourierPost

 

Australia: 7–14 business days

Carrier: NZ Post International, DHL, or FedEx (depending on destination and service)

Rest of the World (International): 7–21 business days


Carrier: NZ Post International, DHL, FedEx, or UPS (varies by region)

- Orders shipped outside of New Zealand may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country.

- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Returns & Exchanges: 

We want you to love your Savais purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy below for details on how we handle returns, exchanges, and store credits.

We accept returns on full-priced items within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Returns must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Sale items and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Process:
Email us at [info@savaisapparel.com] within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will provide return instructions and a return address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or store credit, based on your preference.

Order Cancellations:

We understand that things change! You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it — as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet.

To Cancel:
Email us at [info@savaisapparel.com] with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.

If the order hasn’t been processed, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.

If the order has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you can initiate a return once it arrives.
